By using Zeno: AI Photo Eraser & Edit Face Swap, Remove BG & Fix ("Our App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License

3. AI-Generated Content
Zeno provides tools for AI image generation and editing. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The output generated by AI may not always be accurate, unique, or appropriate.
- You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the prompts you provide.
- You must not use Zeno to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- We do not claim ownership of the content you generate, but you grant us a license to process that content to provide the service.
4. Disclaimer
Pravin Paghdal shall have no liability for conduct in relation to your use of the App. You may not use the App unless you are the copyright holder or you have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use all images and other material that make up your creation on or via the App.
The materials on our website/app are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Zeno or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the Zeno website and the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website/app and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Zeno may offer premium features through In-App Purchases or Subscriptions. All payments are processed through the respective App Store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
9. Modifications
We may revise these terms of use for Zeno at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
